My consulting career started in the 90’s back in Germany where I became a certified SAP consultant early on. Having successfully managed a flourishing consulting team, I was given the opportunity to apply my knowledge, my methods, and a successful solution approach to setup and grow a consulting practice in the Asia Pacific markets. From Singapore, where Reppel & Partners (R&P) has its home base, to the ASEAN markets as well as Australia, Japan, Korea, and greater China, I was able to help my clients being successful in digital transformation and having profitable IT Strategies.

In Germany and Europe I am offering digitalization with a twist. Less promises and more common sense. Being focused on the problem statement allows us together to find a solution that can be implemented and will offer measurable benefits.
