Frank Reppel, Managing Partner and Founder

Frank studied Physics at the University of Karlsruhe (now known as KIT, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). Having achieved his MSc., he turned his attention to programming work. In 1997, he joined one of Germany’s leading software companies as brought IXOS Software AG to Asia. With IXOS Asia’s tremendous success following the Asian Financial Crisis, Frank left to become the COO of one of Singapore’s most promising internet start-ups. Reppel and Partners was created in 2003 to fill a void in the market – addressing the ICT management needs of small and medium sized companies.

Anja Scheidweiler, Partner Corporate Affairs

Anja’s expertise has been instrumental in developing the back-end of operations for the company. Overseeing a unique portfolio consisting of: finance, HR, and marketing allows her to strongly influence the direction of R&P. Educated in the dual-stream system in Germany, Anja furthered her studies in marketing at the reputed Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in Singapore. Her well-rounded background provides her with the necessary tools for managing the corporate affairs of R&P today.
